• When will I see results from PDGF treatments?

  • You may notice initial improvements within a few weeks, with more significant rejuvenation visible after 2-4 weeks. Results typically last between 6-12 months or longer.

• What should I expect after my PDGF injections?

  • Some tenderness or soreness may occur immediately after the injections, lasting up to 14 days. This is completely normal and nothing to be concerned about.

• Is PDGF safe and effective?

• What are Exosomes?

  • Exosomes are responsible for cell to cell communication. Exosomes are nano- sized vesicles constantly released by almost all cells. They transfer numerous growth factors and cytokines that have shown to improve skin cells and repair tissue. Exosomes harness the power of over 5 billion lyophilized exosomes, potent growth factors, peptides, coenzymes, minerals, amino acids, and vitamins, so just imagine what that will do to your skin!

• How long have Exosomes been around?

  • In 2018 Exosomes were used to alleviate atopic dermatitis. In 2020 Exosomes were proven in a variety of different studies to show numerous benefits for skin rejuvenation. Benev Exosome Technology was officially launched in 2021 and in 2022 it was voted as #1 post topical treatment solution in the U.S.

• How are Exosomes applied?

  • Exosomes are applied topically one of two ways - after Microneedling (which we call our Exosome Glow), or via our AquaGold Device, which we call AquaGold Glow.

  • Exosomes are formulated with additional growth factors, peptides, biotin, and vitamin C. Exosomes enhance treatment results and cut down time by 50%.

  • Growth factors play a pivotal role in maintaining firmness and elasticity in your skin.

  • Daily use of growth factors, such as applying Plated Intense or Plated Daily, is known to help reduce the appearance of fine lines & wrinkles, and improves skin tone & texture.

• What do Exosomes feel like?

  • Our goal is to provide full transparency about what to expect during the treatment process. As we have performed numerous treatments on individuals with varying skin types, we have observed that the experience may differ from person to person. Factors such as skin health, sensitivity, and thickness can influence how exosomes are perceived by each individual. Some may feel a cold, intense tingling sensation, while others may experience a subtle burning sensation. However, it's important to note that any discomfort experienced during the treatment usually subsides after 10 minutes.

• How long will it take to see results?

  • For optimal results, we recommend 3 Microneedling Exosome Glow treatments spaced 6 weeks apart. Visible results can be noticed after 1 treatment!

• Schedule your appointment at least two weeks before any major event, trip, or photoshoot to allow time for potential bruising, redness, or swelling to subside.

• Avoid PDGF+ injections within two weeks of a dental procedure or a new vaccine.

• For 3-5 days prior to your appointment:

  • Discontinue use of retinol, or other irritating products.

  • Avoid excessive sun exposure, suntan or sunburn

• For 2 days prior to your appointment:

  • Avoid alcohol and NSAIDs (like ibuprofen, Advil, or Aleve).

  • Consider taking Arnica tablets to help reduce bruising.

• Day of your appointment:

  • Have a snack before your session for comfort.

  • Feel free to come as you are—whether you’re coming straight from work with makeup on, after a workout, or just waking up. We’ll prep your skin during the procedure.

• Do not schedule:

  • if you have a current skin infection, open lesion or active breakout

  • within 1 day of an autoimmune therapy or treatment

  • if you are pregnant or breastfeeding

  • if you have taken Accutane within the last 6 months

• For 12 hours after treatment:

  • Keep the treated area clean. Limit touching, massaging, or wearing makeup.

  • Be mindful of bacteria—avoid touching your face with hands or phone.

• For 48 hours:

  • Avoid exercise and refrain from saunas, or any activity that raises body temperature.

• For up to 7 days:

  • Take Arnica supplements (follow the dosing instructions on the package) to help reduce bruising.

  • Consider fresh pineapple or bromelain enzyme supplements to support bruising recovery.

• For 2 weeks:

  • Avoid dental procedures and vaccines.
