• Schedule your appointment at least two weeks before any major event, trip, or photoshoot to allow time for potential bruising, redness, or swelling to subside. • Avoid PDGF+ injections within two weeks of a dental procedure or a new vaccine. • For 3-5 days prior to your appointment: • Discontinue use of retinol, or other irritating products. • Avoid excessive sun exposure, suntan or sunburn • For 2 days prior to your appointment: • Avoid alcohol and NSAIDs (like ibuprofen, Advil, or Aleve). • Consider taking Arnica tablets to help reduce bruising. • Day of your appointment: • Have a snack before your session for comfort. • Feel free to come as you are—whether you’re coming straight from work with makeup on, after a workout, or just waking up. We’ll prep your skin during the procedure. • Do not schedule: • if you have a current skin infection, open lesion or active breakout • within 1 day of an autoimmune therapy or treatment • if you are pregnant or breastfeeding • if you have taken Accutane within the last 6 months

• For 12 hours after treatment: • Keep the treated area clean. Limit touching, massaging, or wearing makeup. • Be mindful of bacteria—avoid touching your face with hands or phone. • For 48 hours: • Avoid exercise and refrain from saunas, or any activity that raises body temperature. • For up to 7 days: • Take Arnica supplements (follow the dosing instructions on the package) to help reduce bruising. • Consider fresh pineapple or bromelain enzyme supplements to support bruising recovery. • For 2 weeks: • Avoid dental procedures and vaccines.
