Skin-Brightening Pigment-Reducing Tone-Balancing Line-Smoothing Glow-Giving

THE BEAUTY IS IN THE DETAILS
What is Moxi?
MOXI is a gentle, non-ablative fractional laser designed to refresh and rejuvenate your complexion with minimal downtime. Using a precise 1927nm wavelength, MOXI targets water within the skin to reduce pigment, stimulate collagen production, improve texture, even tone, and correct early signs of sun damage—all while remaining safe for every skin type and season.
It’s the perfect “prejuvenation” treatment for maintaining healthy, luminous skin or addressing concerns like pigment, fine lines, dullness, and uneven texture. In just a few days, your skin will look brighter, smoother, and more radiant. Say hello to even tone and an effortless glow!
What skin concerns can be treated with Moxi?
Melasma, pigmentation and sun damage
Fine lines and wrinkles
Uneven skin tone
Texture
Is Moxi safe for all skin types?
Absolutely! MOXI’s non-ablative 1927nm wavelength targets water within the skin - making it safe, gentle, and effective for every skin tone and type. While it can be performed on tanned skin, we always recommend minimizing sun exposure for at least two weeks prior to your treatment to ensure the most even, radiant results.
What does Moxi feel like?
You may feel a light tingling or prickling sensation during your MOXI treatment, but it’s quick, gentle, and very tolerable. A topical numbing cream is applied beforehand to ensure you stay comfortable and relaxed from start to finish.
What is the downtime?
Unlike more aggressive laser treatments, MOXI requires little to no downtime. You may notice some redness or warmth immediately after your treatment, which typically fades within 24–48 hours. As your skin begins to heal, a “coffee ground” texture will appear - these tiny microzones naturally slough off over the course of the week, revealing luminous, baby-soft skin underneath. Within 7–10 days, your complexion will look noticeably brighter, smoother, and refreshed — the signature MOXI glow.
How long will it take to see results?
While you’ll start to see a healthy glow after just one session, we typically recommend a series of three treatments spaced 4–6 weeks apart for the most radiant, long-lasting results.
What areas can you treat with Moxi?
Face & Neck (included in our signature treatment)
Décolleté
Hands
Really anywhere you have unwanted pigment
Are there any side effects?
As we mentioned above, your skin may feel warm and appear slightly flushed right after treatment, but this typically fades within 24–48 hours. As your skin begins to renew, treated pigment may darken and feel a bit rough to the touch — a completely normal part of the process. Over the next 7–10 days, those tiny textured spots will gently slough away, revealing a smoother, more even, and radiant complexion underneath.
Who is NOT a candidate for Moxi?
You should avoid Moxi if you:
Are pregnant or breastfeeding
Are allergic to lidocaine
If you've had intense sun exposure in the last two weeks, recently got a spray tan or have an active sunburn
Plan ahead:
Schedule your appointment at least 2 weeks before any special event, trip, or photoshoot to allow time for any redness, swelling, or peeling to fully subside.
Medical considerations:
Please inform your provider if you have a history of cold sores so we can take appropriate preventive measures.

2 weeks before your appointment:
Minimize direct sun exposure for at least 2 weeks before treatment and avoid tanning or sunburns to ensure optimal results and safety.
1 week before your appointment:
Avoid IPL or BBL photofacials, laser treatments, or waxing in the treatment area.
Discontinue using any exfoliating skin care products (such as retin A, retinol, renova, tazarac, differin, AHA or BHA, glycolic or salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, or any other exfoliating products that may increase dryness or irritation)
Day of:
Enjoy a snack before your appointment to help you feel comfortable during your treatment.
Arrive as you are—whether coming from work, the gym, or a restful morning. We will thoroughly cleanse and prepare your skin prior to treatment.
Immediately after treatment:
Your skin may feel warm for a few hours following your MOXI session. Redness, mild swelling, and sensitivity are normal and may last up to a few days. You can apply ice packs or cold compresses right away to help calm the skin and reduce heat.
For the first 24-48 hours:
Avoid makeup, strenuous exercise, and excessive sweating to allow your skin to breathe and heal. Skip saunas, hot tubs, or any heat exposure for 1–2 days.
For the first week:
Avoid direct sun exposure or tanning for at least two weeks after treatment.
Avoid using any exfoliating skin care products (such as retin A, retinol, renova, tazarac, differin, AHA or BHA, glycolic or salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, or any other exfoliating products that may increase dryness or irritation)
The healing process:
A few days after treatment, you’ll notice that pigmented areas darken and feel slightly rough to the touch - these are called mends (microscopic epidermal necrotic debris). They will naturally exfoliate off the face within one week, and off the body within 1–2 weeks, revealing fresh, luminous skin underneath.
Important reminders:
Do not pick, rub, or scratch the treated area, as this can interfere with healing. Always keep your skin clean, protected, and well-moisturized as it renews
