What are the different types of memberships and how much do they cost?

  • The Standard — $225/month: Includes 10% off select treatments (Exosome Glow, Hyaluronic Dermal Filler, SkinVive DermaGlow) plus 10% off Botox/Dysport and all skincare products year-round.

  • The VIP — $600/month: Includes 15% off select treatments (Exosome Glow, Hyaluronic Dermal Filler, SkinVive DermaGlow, AquaGold) plus 15% off Botox/Dysport and all skincare products year-round.

• Each monthly payment also acts as a credit you can use toward your discounted treatments—or simply save as your personal Contour “skin savings account” to use on any service at any time.

How do you join the Contour Club?

• Joining is simple. Create a profile in our booking system, Aesthetic Record, and click “Become a Member.” Prefer a little help? Call us anytime, or let us set everything up for you at your next appointment.

Do the monthly membership funds roll over?

• Yes! Any unused membership funds roll over for up to 3 months before they expire. Our memberships are thoughtfully designed for clients who come in consistently—typically every 3 months for Botox or Dysport—while also rotating in one of the monthly perk treatments. If that doesn’t align with your routine, a membership may not be the best fit. Still unsure? Give us a call, and we’ll happily walk you through it to see if it’s right for you.

How long do I have to commit to being a member?

• A 3-month commitment is required to join the Contour Club. After that, you’re free to cancel anytime. Should you choose to cancel before the 3-month mark, an early cancellation fee applies—$100 for The Standard and $200 for The VIP.

Can I pause my membership?

• Yes. You may pause your membership once per year for up to 3 months, with exceptions always made for pregnancy or other significant lifestyle changes. We’ll gladly work with you to ensure your membership adapts to your needs—because life happens, and your skin care should always feel seamless.

How do I cancel?

• Call the office, come in or cancel during an appointment.

Who is The Signature Membership for?

• The Signature Membership is perfect for clients who want to stay consistent with their skin care and maintain a radiant, refreshed look year-round. It’s designed for those who value ongoing treatments and love the idea of spreading out their investment in both skin health and beauty throughout the year.
