• Why is microneedling important?

• What microneedling device do you use?

  • We use the SkinPen, the only FDA-cleared microneedling device, proudly made in the U.S. It’s clinically proven to improve horizontal neck lines, acne scars, vertical lip lines, smile lines, and under-eye crepiness—making it a powerful option for total skin rejuvenation.

• How does SkinPen work?

  • SkinPen creates up to 1,600 precise microchannels per second, triggering your body’s natural healing response and stimulating the production of new collagen and elastin. There’s no heat, chemicals, or foreign substances—just your skin doing what it does best, naturally.

• How long does the treatment take?

  • The appointment in an hour, but the microneedling portion typically takes less than 30 minutes.

• When will I see results?

  • Most clients notice visible improvement after just 1–3 treatments, with continued enhancement as new collagen develops over time. That fresh, dewy glow typically sets in around two weeks post-treatment and typically lasts 3–4 weeks. Best of all—the collagen your body produces is permanent and truly transformative.

• Does microneedling hurt?

  • We apply a topical numbing cream for 10 minutes before treatment to ensure your comfort. Most clients rate it between a 1–3 out of 10 on the pain scale and describe it as very tolerable.

• For 3 days prior to microneedling:

  • Stop the use of retinol products

• For 1 day prior to microneedling:

  • Avoid excessive sun exposure, suntan or sunburn

• Day of:

  • Please feel free to come just as you are (i.e. right from work with a full face of makeup, straight after a workout, or just after waking up). We will prep the skin as part of this procedure.

• Do not schedule:

  • If you have a current skin infection, open lesion or active breakout

  • Within 1 day of an autoimmune therapy or treatment

  • If you are pregnant or breastfeeding

  • If you've taken Accutane within the last 6 months

For the first 24 hours after your treatment, only use the skincare products we’ve provided. Using anything else can cause redness, irritation, or even infection.

• First 8 Hours:

  • Apply the post-procedure serum directly over the exosomes.

  • After 8 hours, rinse your face with water only—no cleanser, no products.

• First 24 Hours:

  • Reapply the post-procedure serum as often as needed to hydrate and soothe the skin.

  • Avoid touching your face with unwashed hands or letting your phone touch your skin.

  • If you have our Anti-Microbial Cleanser, you can spray it on the face, neck, and décolleté to keep skin clean and bacteria-free.

  • No makeup, SPF, or other skincare products.

  • Stay out of the sun, and avoid:

    • Exercise or sweating

    • Saunas or steam rooms

    • Swimming

    • Continue rinsing with water only if needed.

• For 5 Days After Treatment:

  • Avoid all exfoliating or active skincare ingredients, including:

    • Retin-A, retinol, Tazorac, Renova, Differin

    • Glycolic acid, salicylic acid, AHA/BHA

    • Benzoyl peroxide or anything that may cause dryness or irritation
