We kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This enables us to adjust our schedule accordingly and accommodate other clients. Please be aware that if you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, or if you miss a scheduled appointment, a $100 cancellation fee may apply.

To ensure a safe, calm, and seamless experience for all guests, we kindly ask that children and pets are not brought into the practice. Service animals trained to assist individuals with disabilities are always welcome.
Our treatments involve advanced medical-grade equipment, sharp instruments, and laser/light-based technology that require a controlled environment and may pose safety risks. While we love little ones (and furry friends), our team is unable to provide supervision, and maintaining a peaceful, secure setting is essential to the level of care we provide.
We also want your time at Contour Collection to feel like a true moment of self-care—an opportunity to slow down, unwind, and focus entirely on you.
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you need to bring a child, please reach out to us in advance so we can review on a case-by-case basis with your provider and our team.

Refund Policy
Services Rendered
All services are final. Once a treatment has been performed, refunds are not available.
Pre-Purchased Treatment Packages
Packages are non-refundable and valid for 12-24 months from the date of purchase.
If a treatment within your package is later determined to be unsuitable, we are happy to provide a credit for the remaining value to be used toward alternative services.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
Photo ID Policy
To ensure patient safety and proper documentation, we may require a valid photo ID to be kept on file. A copy of your ID may be securely collected at your first visit prior to treatment. If you prefer not to have a copy stored, a team member will visually verify your ID and confirm it against your intake information. A note will be added to your chart confirming verification.
Treatment Photo Policy
To provide the highest level of care and track your results over time, we require pre-treatment photos for all services.
These images are a critical part of your medical record and help guide safe, precise, and consistent treatment planning.
If you prefer not to have photos taken, we completely respect your decision—however, we will not be able to proceed with treatment.
Arrival Policy
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full, unhurried experience.
If you arrive more than 5-10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled in order to respect the time of other guests.

We suggest parking along S. Gaylord street but if you have trouble finding a spot, we have one parking space reserved for our clients in the back alley! Google maps will take you right to the back of our building where you are welcome to park behind the Subaru Impreza if the spot is available (it’s to the left of the bulb lights and planters and behind the black Contour Collection banner). We kindly ask that you walk around to the front entrance. There is also street parking in the adjacent neighborhoods if both of those options are unavailable.
Please keep in mind that Gaylord can get quite busy, so we recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to look for parking.
They sure are! We are delighted to offer 30 minute complimentary consultations for first-time clients and 15 minute complimentary consultations for return clients. There is never any pressure to proceed and you can schedule as many as you'd like.
If you reserve a New Client Consultation (30 minutes) or a Return Client Consultation (15 minutes), there may not be enough time for treatment. That being said, we recommend letting us know ahead of time you may be interested in treating same day and we can adjust the appointment duration accordingly! Of course, there is never any pressure to proceed.
We should also let you know that all of our New Client appointments already have time allocated for a consultation prior to beginning treatment. This allows us to address any concerns or questions you may have before proceeding forward.
