FAQ'sIlluminize Peel What does the Illuminize Peel do? With little to no peeling, this peel is made for someone who wants a refresh but can’t afford the downtime. Can be used the day before an event. Perfect for first time chemical peel or someone who wants a gentle, superficial peel. What are the active ingredients? Active ingredients Include: salicylic acid, mandelic acid, resorcinol, phytic acid, and malic acid (<6%). How often can I get this treatment? Can be repeated every 2 weeks, or until desired results are achieved. What is the recovery like? No visible peeling or downtime. How much does it cost? The Illuminize Peel is $150 Vitalize Peel What does the Vitalize Peel do? Perfect for a client with mild to moderate skin conditions, a few days of downtime, minimal to no burning sensation, visual improvement of skin conditions after one treatment. What are the active ingredients? Active Ingredients Include: salicylic acid, lactic acid, resorcinol, panthenol, isoceteth-20, and vitalize retinol solution (<10%). How often can I get this treatment? Can be repeated every 3-4 weeks, up to 3-6 treatments, or until desired results are achieved. What is the recovery like? Light peeling for ~ 7 days. How much does it cost? The Vitalize Peel is $200 Rejuvenize Peel What does the Rejuvenize Peel do? Effective with just one peel for skin conditions such as active acne, age spots/sun damage, fine lines, hyperpigmentation/uneven skintone, large pores, uneven skin texture, wrinkles. What are the active ingredients? Active Ingredients Include: salicylic acid, lactic acid, resorcinol, panthenol, isoceteth-20, and rejuvenize retinol solution (<15%). How often can I get this treatment? Treatments can be repeated every 4-6 weeks, up to 3-6 treatments, or until desired results are reached. What is the recovery like? Peeling and redness may last 7-14 days. How much does it cost? The Rejuvenize Peel is $250

Pre-Treatment CareFor one week prior to your chemical peel appointment: avoid exfoliating, waxing, electrolysis, laser hair removal, Nair (depilatory creams) For 3 days prior to your appointment: refrain from using self-tanners and active skin care such as: retin A, retinol, renova, tazarac, differin, AHA or BHA, benzoyl peroxide, or any exfoliating products that may be drying or irritating For the week before and after your appointment: focus on skin hydration the week Please feel free to come just as you are (i.e. right from work with a full face of makeup, straight after a workout, or just after waking up). We will prep the skin as part of this procedure.

Post-Treatment CareFor the first 24 hours: avoid exercise, saunas, steam rooms or swimming For the next 7 days: moisturize often, cleanse gently and always wear SPF avoid excessive heat/sweating, hot tubs or saunas avoid harsh or active ingredients in your skin care products (ie. avoid AHA, BHA, retinols, glycolic acid, benzyl peroxide, differin and other exfoliating products) For the next 10 days: avoid intense sun exposure and be sure to wear SPF 50 or higher For the next 2 weeks: avoid picking at the peeling skin For the next 6 weeks: do your best to avoid sun tanning and/or sunburns following a chemical peel Always feel free to call, text, email or DM the office about any questions or concerns post treatment! 720-629-8921
