This is a part-time or 1099 position (2-3 days per week to start) with the potential to grow into part‑time and eventually full‑time for the right person at the right time.

We’re seeking an exceptional Medical Aesthetician to bring the art and science of skin health to life -for every client and team member - at Contour Collection. Equal parts skin care expert, trusted resource, and luxury service provider, this role is key to delivering the transformative results and elevated experience our practice is known for. From in‑depth consultations and advanced treatments to post‑care education and long‑term skin planning, you’ll help ensure every visit feels personalized, high‑touch, and unforgettable.

You’ll perform medical‑grade skin services, educate clients on products and home care, and collaborate with our medical director, injectors and front of house team to create custom treatment plans - all while maintaining a pristine, organized, and serene treatment environment. Additional responsibilities include meticulous record keeping, equipment upkeep, and staying ahead of the latest techniques and innovations. Whether it’s a client’s first appointment or their fifteenth, you’ll help make it feel like their best one yet.

You’re a skilled, licensed aesthetician who sees skincare as a true art form—blending expert technique, clinical precision, and a warm, polished presence that instantly puts clients at ease. In our luxury boutique setting, you’ll deliver advanced, medical‑grade treatments, collaborate with our clinical team, and help clients feel radiant, confident, and beautifully empowered every day.

You thrive in a fast‑paced, treatment‑focused environment where thoughtful care and personalized recommendations define every interaction. You’re tech‑savvy and highly organized, confident operating medical‑grade equipment, maintaining meticulous treatment notes, and following protocols while tailoring each experience to the client’s needs. You’re also social media savvy and naturally skilled at networking, extending your expertise and connections beyond the treatment room.

• Active Colorado Aesthetician License in good standing

• College degree required

• Minimum two years of experience as a medical aesthetician in a clinical or medical aesthetics setting

• Hands‑on expertise with RF microneedling devices preferred, with a strong interest in advanced skin tightening technologies and techniques

• Flexible availability, including weekends to meet the needs of our clientele

• Familiarity with Aesthetic Record or similar EMR systems is a plus

Clinical Excellence

• Conduct in‑depth consultations to assess skin concerns, medical history, and lifestyle factors, creating personalized treatment plans.

• Perform a comprehensive range of advanced, medical‑grade treatments—including SkinPen microneedling and RF microneedling—with the potential to expand into services such as HydraFacial and laser therapies, all delivered with exceptional precision and care.

• Collaborate closely with medical director and injectors to align on comprehensive treatment strategies and ensure safe, effective outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential treatment records—including notes, consent forms, and progress photos—in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices through ongoing education and training.

Client Experience

• Educate clients on treatment plans, home care regimens, product recommendations, and lifestyle practices to maintain and enhance results.

• Foster a luxury, high‑touch environment where clients feel seen, valued, empowered, and excited to return.

• Provide clear post‑treatment guidance and proactive follow‑ups to ensure client satisfaction and long‑term success.

Operational Support

• Monitor and maintain medical‑grade equipment, ensuring proper operation and adherence to safety protocols.

• Keep treatment rooms and work areas clean, organized, and in full compliance with OSHA standards and clinic guidelines.

• Support inventory management by tracking product usage, restocking as needed, and ensuring supplies are always available.
