CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the appointment time to other clients who may be waiting.
Please note that appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, as well as missed appointments, may be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
This policy is disclosed to you, the cardholder, to comply with Card Brand requirements regarding cancellation terms for services booked through the Boulevard booking platform.
POLICY DETAILS:
By reserving an appointment with Contour Collection, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without a fee when at least 48 hours’ notice is provided prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment are considered a late cancellation and may be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

If you do not provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel and/or do not arrive for your scheduled appointment, the cardholder may be charged a $100 no-show fee.

Clients who arrive more than 5-10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or may need to be rescheduled to respect the schedules of other clients. Late arrivals that prevent the completion of the scheduled service may still be charged the full price of the service.

As a courtesy, appointment reminder messages are sent 48 hours prior to scheduled appointments via SMS and email to the contact information provided at the time of booking.

A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. The card on file must be in the same name as the client receiving services, and we may request a matching government-issued ID at the time of your visit to verify the cardholder.

To ensure the best possible experience, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Applicable taxes and fees will be retained and remitted where required.
